The hotel appeared new and is very clean. We had a fast, friendly and easy check in. Our room was outfitted with everything we could want, a comfy bed, mini ‘fridge, microwave, writing desk, television and Neutrogena bath amenities. Our room was quiet and the temperature easily controlled. Breakfast was from 6-10 am and contained many choices including healthy and otherwise. I would return without a doubt when in Franklin NC.

Location is Great....We have stayed here several times when we are out chasing waterfalls. Thankful you serve breakfast in the common area. The variety could be better but considering the times we live in, it was Great. Appreciated the staff letting us enjoy the Orange Bowl game in the common room with our friends.

Great value for a king size and comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean and updated. Stayed 2 nights. Friendly helpful staff. Great Continental breakfast that changed with some variety over the 2 days. Breakfast hours 6am-10am. Weekday stay was not busy. Swimming pool out of commission for the summer 2023 (covered up).

This was such a nice hotel, as you walk in you are greeted with a stone fireplace and a grouping of comfortable chairs. It was as if you were coming home. The room was spacious and comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer.
